Terms of service
Version 2026-10-22. Operator: [Company legal name], a limited company registered in the People's Republic of China ("Proxfolk", "we").
1. What we do
You post a request; we quote a fixed price; if you accept and pay, we deliver the work described in your request. Proxfolk is your only contracting party. We manage the work and engage vetted third-party specialists in China to perform it. We remain responsible to you for the result as defined by your acceptance criteria.
2. Your request is the contract
The request you submit — description, deliverables, acceptance criteria, deadline, free revisions and exclusions — together with the final quote you pay for, forms the service agreement. Once paid, the acceptance criteria are locked and versioned. Changes are made by a change order with a new price and deadline.
3. Estimates and quotes
An estimate is shown when you submit a request. It is not an offer and nothing is charged. A final quote is valid for 24 hours. Payment of a final quote creates the order.
4. Acceptance
After delivery you mark each criterion as met or not met, pointing to where a criterion is not met. Only the written criteria can be grounds for rejection. If you take no action within 5 days of delivery, the delivery is accepted. See Refunds & acceptance.
5. What we do not do
We do not perform background checks or investigations of companies or individuals, photography or data collection near sensitive sites or inside facilities, fake reviews or engagement, account registration or rental, purchase or shipment of counterfeit, infringing or controlled goods, or any work that is unlawful in China or your country. We may decline or cancel any request at our discretion, with a full refund if you have paid.
6. Intellectual property
On full payment, the copyright in deliverables created for you is assigned to you, except third-party materials (such as fonts or stock images) listed in the delivery, which are subject to their own licences. You confirm you have the right to use any materials you give us.
7. Your materials and confidentiality
We share your request with specialists without your name or contact details and only to the extent needed for the work. Do not send passwords or materials that require a signed non-disclosure agreement unless we agree in writing first.
8. Liability
Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where law does not allow such a limit. We are not liable for indirect losses or for outcomes outside the deliverables, such as views, sales or rankings.
9. Payments and taxes
Prices are in US dollars and are paid through our payment providers. Any fees your bank or card issuer charges are yours.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply where they cannot be waived.
