What we collect

• Account: email address, and country if you give it.
• Requests: what you write, files you upload, deliverables, messages and acceptance decisions.
• Payments: payment status and amounts from our payment provider. We do not receive or store card numbers.
• Errands: pickup and drop-off addresses and contact numbers you provide; deleted 90 days after completion.
• Basic technical data such as IP-derived country, used for fraud and sanctions checks.

Why

To perform the service you order (contract), to meet legal duties such as tax records and sanctions screening (legal obligation), and to prevent fraud (legitimate interest).

Who we share it with

• Specialists in China who perform the work: they receive your request without your name, company name or contact details.
• AI service providers that help us draft, translate and check work.
• Hosting (Supabase, Singapore), email (Resend), payments (PayPal and others), and errand platforms for errands.

International transfers

Your request is processed in Singapore and, without identifying details, in mainland China where the work is done. We use contractual safeguards where required.

How long we keep it

Request records are archived 2 years after delivery and kept longer only where tax or compliance law requires. Compliance logs are kept for at least 3 years.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to processing, by emailing us. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
